DAY SCHOOL

St. Margaret's Day School is a Christian learning environment for pre-schoolers, age 2 - 5, and kindergarteners which offers a developmentally appropriate, child-centered curriculum. We offer small classes led by degreed teachers where children can learn about themselves and the world around them. In addition to half day and full day class options, we offer before and after school care. Our campus is part of an Episcopal Parish over 300 years old on the Broadneck Peninsula in Annapolis, Maryland. For more information, please call 410-757-2333 or email dayschool@st-margarets.org.

Join us at St. Margaret’s Day Camp this summer!

Each week there will be themed activities which include craft projects, games, water play, contests and more!

• All camp sessions run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Children must be 3 to 6 years old and potty trained.
• A morning snack will be provided.
• Child must bring lunch unless otherwise noted.

Cost per session is $180.00. A $80, per camp non-refundable, deposit is due upon registration (this will be deducted from the total). This guarantees your child a spot for that week’s camp.

Philosophy
Young children are eager to learn. Our school will expose your children to learning experiences and give them ample opportunity to explore, to think, to experiment, to create and to feel successful.

A young child needs to have the opportunity to grow in relationships with other children of similar ages socially, emotionally, physically, intellectually, and spiritually. These goals are best achieved in a warm open learning environment - facilitated by caring people.

St. Margaret’s Day School provides experiences that help children become self-reliant, self-motivated, and self-assured. We encourage children to reach their fullest potential in a safe environment filled with friends.

Day at St. Margaret’s
Our curriculum reflects each child's own interests and level of development. We have a strong early childhood curriculum which includes the following areas: Language Arts, Reading Readiness (phonic based), Mathematics, Science Centers, PE, Art, Music, Spanish, Chapel, and computers for children ages 4 - 5 years old. Children 3 years of age receive classes in Music and Physical Education with some beginning exposure to Spanish.
