WELCOME

Welcome to St. Margaret’s!

This is a parish that welcomes all who come seeking a closer relationship with God.  We invite you to join us as we, too, seek God through worship, prayer, study, and service – with plenty of fun and fellowship thrown in for good measure!

For those of you who are already Episcopalians, we hope you will find a comfortable and familiar spiritual home St. Margaret’s.  If you would like to transfer your membership, please contact the church office and we will be happy to handle that for you. If you are new to the Episcopal Church, we welcome you to explore the unique Christian experience we have to offer, including our love of things traditional and our willingness to move into God’s future with hope and expectation.

In any case, we look forward to getting to know you better and having your company on this spiritual journey.  Together, may we participate in the fulfillment of God’s Kingdom.

Faithfully,

Lori+

The Reverend Lori M. Lowe

Interim Rector

A Prayer for our Rector Search

Generous and gracious God: we give you thanks for the blessings and bounty of this parish church; for its rich heritage; for past and present leadership; for the opportunity to share our gifts with others, and for the sense of community we share. We ask for the guidance of the Holy Spirit; for wisdom and courage; for prayerful patience and a spirit of trust; and for the gift of discernment so that we may seek and find our next rector. All this we ask in the holy name of Jesus. Amen.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Patriotic Singalong

Be sure to join us in the church between the 9:00 a.m.  and 11:15 a.m. services on July 5th for a patriotic singalong.  Last year, we had a great turn out for this songfest of deeply meaningful music.  We hope that you will make plans to celebrate our nation and its liberty with music this year.  Song books will be given to all who attend.
