Annapolis Pride

St. Margaret's is proud to support Annapolis Pride - the organization that celebrates the LGBTQ+ community, engaging local residents, businesses and groups to unite in welcoming and embracing diversity in Annapolis. We welcome in love persons of every race, gender, culture, sexual orientation and gender identification. All people have a sacred worth and the fabric of St. Margaret’s grows stronger with each new thread. It wraps in comfort the shoulders of the defeated and the hurt and has been raised as a banner to celebrate God’s transforming wholeness in our midst. On June 29, 2019, St. Margaret's participated in the Inaugural Annapolis Pride Parade and festival which  attracted over 6,000 attendees! The event featured 55 marching groups (including St. Margaret's) and 75 festival exhibitors (including St. Margaret's again) made up of local nonprofits, businesses, and organizations.
