ST. MARGARET'S ADULT CHOIR
Our Adult Choir is open to anyone high school age and above, and middle school age choristers of the parish who have graduated from the chorister program. Rehearsals are Monday nights and they sing on the first and second Sundays of the month. They lead music for special services including All Saints’ Ragtime Mass, Christmas Eve, Holy Week/Easter, and seasonal Advent, Christmas, Epiphany, and Lenten Lessons and Carols. In addition, we frequently collaborate with other local choirs and periodically offer services of Choral Evensong and Compline. ST. MARGARET'S CHORISTERS The St. Margaret’s Chorister Program provides a fun and transformational musical experience for children and youth. WELLSPRING Wellspring is St. Margaret's contemporary music ensemble that offers contemporary Christian music on the third Sundays of the month during the program year. They craft a musically diverse blend of traditional and contemporary Christian music across many genres, featuring a wide variety of acoustic and electric instruments. Along with special guests, they also lead the music for special services, including our annual Celtic Mass and Bluegrass Mass. Rehearsals are on Thursday nights as scheduled. ST. MARGARET'S RINGERS St. Margaret's launched its handbell program in September 2022 for all ages and ability levels and has double in participation since. They play four octaves of Malmark handbells on the fourth Sundays of the month and for other worship services during the program year. Rehearsals are on Wednesday nights as scheduled and ringing offers a great opportunity for anyone to develop basic music skills. Stay tuned for news about a component for children and families utilizing chimes and KidzPlay handbells! |
